Signs you are sad

Depression can seem debilitating and suffocating, but if you know the signs to look out for, you can take steps to prevent it, or at least treat the symptoms. Here are signs you’re becoming depressed: 1. You’ve lost interest in activities you used to enjoy. If you were experiencing more joy and positive emotions in your relationship, you wouldn’t be wondering if your relationship is making you depressed. Happiness is visible in the number of smiles and the amount of laughter shared by loving partners.
