How can I help my partner to recover from depression? How do you deal with a partner with depression? How to help your depressed spouse? After all, depression is a stubborn, difficult illness.


Your partner might seem detached or deeply sad. It’s important to remember that your partner ’s depression isn’t anyone’s fault.

While you can’t fix it, your support will help your partner work through this difficult time. Changes in lifestyle can make a big difference during the treatment process.
