Bipolar people meaning

Are people with bipolar mean? How do you know if someone is bipolar? What are signs that a person is bipolar? How to explain bipolar disorder to others? Is manic depression the same as bipolar?

People who have bipolar disorder can have periods in which they feel overly happy and energized and other periods of feeling very sa hopeless, and sluggish. Negative thoughts can be a normal part of bipolar disorder depression. I acted on these thoughts for years before I was diagnosed. If I didn’t like something, I said it out loud. The elevated mood is significant and is known as mania, or hypomania if less severe and symptoms of psychosis are absent.


When you become depresse you may feel sad or hopeless and lose interest or pleasure in most activities. Hallucinations and other symptoms may occur in some people. But I couldn’t deny that I, and most bipolar people , are capable of and even prone to meanness in a few senses: obviously, during manic or hypomanic phases, irritability or psychosis can result in mean actions and genuine cruelty.

Why do bipolar people attack the people that are. People with this disorder can feel very high, active and euphoric, (which is also known as the manic state), and suddenly switch to feelings of extreme depression). A mental disorder marked by alternating periods of deep depression and extreme euphoria ( mania ). Contrary to popular belief, the violent mood swings associated with this illness are far more prolonged than ordinary emotional ups and downs, and the shifts of mood are sustaine lasting weeks, months or even years. Typically, unusual shifts in mood and energy manifest in increased activity levels and impair ability to function. These mood swings, called episodes of mania and depression, are the classic signs of bipolar disorder.


We could write a dissertation on suicide and the types of suicidal tendencies. A person with bipolar is likely to have thought about, if not trie suicide. Some people also experience changes in polarity from high to low or vice-versa within a single week, or even within a single day, meaning that the full symptom profile that defines distinct. Numerous notable people have had some form of mood disorder.


You can’t change what happens, and many times you’re not even aware of what is happening. Bipolar I disorder (pronounced bipolar one and also known as manic-depressive disorder or manic depression) is a form of mental illness. A person affected by bipolar I disorder has had at least one manic episode in his or her life. A manic episode is a period of abnormally elevated mood and high energy,. So, in summary, people with Bipolar Disorder will tend to lie more than what is considered ‘typical’ or occasional lying that all people do.


Constant lying, especially when in a manic state, occurs when the person believes they are special and superior to others. Many people go through depression, and everyone experiences deep sadness at times, but bipolar depression is a war of the mind that people with bipolar I disorder will battle over the course of their lives.

Bipolar disorder can affect people from all walks of life. You fight battles with depression over the course of weeks, months,. Most bipolar individuals experience alternating episodes of mania and depression. Other psychotic episodes involve a complete change in the way a person thinks, talks and behaves.


This channel is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and friends who struggle with, or know someone living “the Bipolar experience. We have all of our symptoms while in a mood swing. The symptoms I list above usually go away when the illness is successfully managed. This means we are STABLE when we are not in a mood swing.


Today is a horrible day my husband has insulted me several times and now he wants to know if I have low self esteeem. If someone is consistently putting you down you are going to feel insecure. So why is bi-polar people so mean to there spouse.
