Signs of depression in partner

Feelings of hopelessness. Abnormal sleeping patterns. Changes in appetite and weight. Thoughts about death and suicide. Activities that used to bring such joy.

Navigating the ups and downs of life is difficult enough,. One of the most common signs of depression in relationships is the fact that your sex life is almost non-existent. When your mood if down and you are consistently depressed , chances are that it will take your libido down as well.

If you find that you’re no longer able to stand your partner’s quirks that you once found endearing, this may be a sign that your depression is making your relationship harder than it needs to be.
