What are the best ways to stop depression? Being depressed can make you feel helpless. How do I get Myself Out of depression? I start the day in the pool. Does anyone ever truly beat depression?

The better you feel the worse it hits you , or the worse it seems anyway. It’s okay to take some time out but give yourself a time limit and then do something productive to improve your mood. Hang in there and keep the faith.


If you are depressed you need to get out and be around people. It doesn’t matter how you do it, science has shown that having human contact helps depression. It is time to give yourself that invitation to step into your greatness just like I did. I never understood why I always got up in the mornings with very little motivation to do anything. You need a clearer understanding of why that is.
