How can I help my partner to recover from depression? How do you deal with a partner with depression? How to help your depressed spouse?


Standing on the sidelines when a partner battles depression can feel like a helpless experience. You might feel confuse frustrate and overwhelmed.

After all, depression is a stubborn, difficult illness. Your partner might seem detached or deeply sad. It is a boon for a female to become pregnant. She must be happy an hilarious. When this happens they lose hope and the darkness of depression sets.

If your depressed husband or wife is having a hard time committing to working out on their own, join them. Keep doing things that you both enjoy.
